By making a reservation through this website, the user is bound by these conditions.
- PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions of contract apply to all online bookings made through the https://hostallacreu.com website (hereinafter “website”).
By booking, you warrant to us that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative bookings as well as those that have been requested by a client with whom there may be a difference/dispute in previous bookings, or when there are reasonable doubts that may lead us to believe that the client is violating any criminal activity.
We may update these general terms or conditions of contract as well as the legal notice and privacy policy at any time. You can consult and print the updated version of both texts by clicking on the links “General Terms or Conditions of Contract” and “Legal Notice-Privacy Policy”.
Obligations of the user
As a user, you are obliged to communicate to GUIRAO MORILLO, S.L. – HOSTAL LA CREU all the data necessary for access to and use of the services of this website. These must be truthful and current and you agree that we can make use of them to contact you if necessary.
It is essential that you provide all the information that we classify as mandatory, since, if you do not do so, you will not process your request. We will not be liable in any case for possible failures as a result of the error or omission of data.
The user must make appropriate use of the services included in the website, always in accordance with the legal system and will not carry out any activity that hinders or interferes with its operation.

Booking procedure
You will be able to select check-in/check-out date and number of guests. Once you have filtered the options, clicking on it will access all the detailed information offered by the website. From there you can proceed with the reservation.
You will be asked to enter all your details (first and last name, email, address, etc.).
To complete the booking we ask for your card details, which are only collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the booking. The payment of the same will be made at Hostal La Creu and only in the case of cancellations or no-shows will the reservation be cancelled and the charge established in the conditions of the rate will be made. Cards accepted: Mastercard, Visa.
Before finalizing the reservation you will be able to see the summary of the reservation.
Availability
All bookings are subject to availability. If you have any questions, it is recommended to contact customer service.
Contract with GUIRAO MORILLO, S.L. – HOSTAL LA CREU and acceptance of orders.
At the end of the booking, the user will receive a confirmation email which will include the confirmation of their booking order. The booking confirmation email serves as proof of your booking.
Currency, tax and price
The prices indicated are Retail Prices including VAT. The applicable rate will be the one legally in force at all times. All prices are shown in Euros (€).
The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and board selected, unless the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. Does not include €0.66 per person per night of the tourist tax from 16 years old. To be paid at the hotel.
The price does not include: Any services not specified plus extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.
Check-in: Between 16:00 and 22:00.
Check-out: At 12 noon.
Rules and characteristics of the stays:
VAT is included in the price but not the Tourist Tax.
The Hostel has 15 rooms, 9 singles, 3 doubles and 3 doubles, fully equipped. The rooms have an interior bathroom, air conditioning and heating, desk, refrigerator and amenities.
For special reservations please contact the establishment directly.
Supplementary rules:
A child between 3 and 12 years old €20 per person per night in an extra bed, on a board-only basis. With breakfast 25€
One adult in extra bed 25€ in Accommodation Only, with breakfast 30€
The maximum number of extra beds/cots per room is 1.
Extra beds and/or cots must be ordered in advance and must be confirmed by the accommodation.
Please note that supplements are not included in the total amount and must be paid at the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Requests: Hostal La Creu takes note of your requests for room type, rooms together, bed types, etc. but they are never guaranteed due to it depending on availability.
Parking: free municipal parking nearby
Drinks: NOT included. There is no picnic service
Children and Extra Beds
Children of any age can be accommodated.
COT: If the baby needs a cot, you can hire it at the same time of booking (free of charge). If you do not take out the cot, we understand that you do not need it.
The maximum number of cots and extra beds depends on the room you choose. Check the maximum capacity of the room you have selected. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
Payment of the stay
Payment for the stay will be made on arrival (Check-in). Checks are not accepted. Hostal La Creu reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to your arrival.
Cards accepted: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX.
HOSTAL LA CREU can cancel your reservation if your card is denied in the pre-authorization, if the client does not respond to the request email for a new credit card within the following 24 hours.
Cancellation and modification of the reservation
If a client does not show up on the day of arrival and does not give notice, they will be charged 100% of the total for the first night.
If a client notifies us no later than 24 hours in advance, they will not be charged anything, the most important thing for us is that they communicate it to us so that we can allocate the room to other clients.
Passports and visas
All travellers, without exception (including children), must carry their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, be it passport or ID card, according to current legislation. It will be at their expense when the trips require it to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority.
In the event that the granting of visas is refused by any Authority, for particular reasons of the user, or is denied entry into the country due to lack of the requirements, or due to a defect in the documentation required, or because it is not the bearer of it, Hostal La Creu declines all responsibility for events of this nature. any expenses that arise will be borne by the consumer.
Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents, guardians or adults duly authorized by them. The staff of Hostal La Creu may require the relevant documentation that identifies the adults as their parents/guardians or authorized persons.
- PARTIAL NULLITY
If any part of these Terms of Service is unlawful and therefore invalid, this does not affect the other provisions in accordance with law. The parties agree to renegotiate those points of the Terms of Service that are void and to incorporate them into the rest of the Terms of Service.
- MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
GUIRAO MORILLO, S.L. – HOSTAL LA CREU reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services presented through it and the way in which they appear to be presented or located on its servers.
These changes must be accepted by the user each time they make a purchase of a product or service through the website.
In the event that some of the terms of the general conditions of sale are declared integral or unenforceable by a judicial decision, the other provisions will remain in force.

- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This site is located and operated by Spain. All matters relating to this site are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws.
In those cases in which the customer does not have the status of consumer or user, or who is domiciled outside Spain, he or she will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Girona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
If you decide to use or consult this site outside of the United States, you should be aware that you do so on your own initiative, and that you are responsible for compliance with the relevant laws.
This contract shall enter into force and take full effect from the moment of acceptance by the customer or user.
This contract, and therefore the general terms and conditions it incorporates, together with the annexes (if any), in addition to being read on this website, may be stored, archived and reproduced by the usual electronic or computer means.
- COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
The User may send GUIRAO MORILLO, S.L. – HOSTAL LA CREU their complaints, claims or any other comments they wish to make through the contact details provided at the beginning of these Conditions (General Information). In addition, GUIRAO MORILLO, S.L. – HOSTAL LA CREU has official complaint forms available to consumers and users, which they can request from GUIRAO MORILLO, S.L. – HOSTAL LA CREU at any time, using the contact details provided at the beginning of these Conditions (General Information). Likewise, if a dispute arises from the execution of this purchase contract between GUIRAO MORILLO, S.L. – HOSTAL LA CREU and the User, the User as a consumer may request an out-of-court dispute resolution, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21 May 2013, on online dispute resolution in consumer matters.
